What is the library for parsing sites in php and mbstring.func_overload=2?

Good day everyone!
I ran into a problem that several libraries for content parsing refuse to work correctly with mbstring.func_overload=2, but this parameter cannot be disabled, I tried PHP Simple HTML DOM Parser and a couple of libraries, none of them worked correctly, how can I get out of this situation? Are there any parsing libraries that will work with this parameter?
