In general, I want to know if there is any legal solution for withdrawing money to the FOP account.
Or the only solution is to open an offshore company and enter into an agreement with it?

The AppStore lists a bank account number, such as an individual's bank card. And Apple transfers money there without any problems. This is for Russia. I do not think that they have made an exception for Ukraine.
