What is the id range of open groups (not a channel) in Telegram, if, in general, this range exists? I created an open group, whose id is -1001492565750, somewhere I subtracted that -100 is the group ID, it turns out the real id is 1 492 565 750, maybe someone knows the exact range, I decided to check the id of my various groups and I got about from 1,340,000,000 to 1,590,000,000.

No. Any group can be transferred from open to closed and vice versa.
As the number of groups in vk grows, more and more new id's can be used that do not fit into the already existing ranges. And the very principle of choosing id can change to any other at any time. You don't have to rely on it at all.
