There is a layout in which the main section is located:

The canvas size is now 1920px and the bootstrap grid.
The question is, what height do designers usually create for a section in such layouts, so that the layout designer can layout for the size of the laptop and screen, larger than that of a laptop?
Those. the height is supposed to be full screen.
Does the layout designer himself have to "customize"?

I take as a basis the first screen of an average laptop, 1080px. Then think for yourself to draw a tablet and mobile version or score it, let the layout designer decide for himself how to place certain blocks at what heights.

Well, draw based on the standard 1920 * 1080.
your background image will go into cover mode, but the one in the center will be positioned by a normal layout designer, respectively.
