Kuri "target audience".
There are many strange things that live in the world because they are in demand by someone.
Projects / ideas take off high and steeply, in which the target audience is wider or richer. But this does not mean that the rest should die out. It is enough to have a minimum critical number of consumers, and the product can live forever, regardless of quality.

Such constructors will always be and will have their own specific segment of users, but these are template solutions, even with optionality and variability. And they will never be able to go beyond the template.
