What is the free editor for html5 + css + js with maximum features out of the box?

We need an editor for a beginner, in which auto-adding and snippets and others for html + css + js are by default. But I don’t know anything except sublime, so I ask for your help.

JetBrains WebStorm has everything a beginner needs out of the box. It is paid, but the company offers the most flexible discounts and even free licenses. You can also look at Atom, VS Code and Adobe Brackets.
I advise you to try everything from this list, because it's like pants - you need to measure.

NetBeans advise =) Convenient and practical to use.

Brackets from Adobe is very cool. Free.
There is also, of course , Notepad++ , but it's really, really simple.

If I need to correct something, then I use Notepad ++ + plugins, and usually I write in webstorm
