the smaller one is the physical size of the file. That's just there is such a thing as the size of the classter. That is, this is the minimum unit of volume, and the size will always be a multiple of the size of the classter. That is, if you have a classter size of 32kb, then even if the actual file size is one byte, it will still occupy 32kb on disk.
