What is the error when installing phpmyadmin?

Good afternoon.
I run sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin, then I'm asked "Do you want to configure the database for phpmyadmin with dbconfig-common?" I put YES, then this error is displayed. Please help fix...

Disable the validate_password plugin
and repeat the installation.
