What is the error when importing a database into MySQL?

I understand the error, or rather the translation...
`date` datetime NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,
1. I agree that the field name is probably stupid...
2. not an empty field and autofilled! Everything seems to be ok here ...
Why does it hit an error and how to fix it? The database is working, before I edit I want to understand the problem ...

Вычитал, что CURRENT_TIMESTAMP не используется более для поля с типом datetime.
Вопрос, а как раньше использовалось? На сервере работает все на ура, а локальная PHPMyAdmin ругается?
