When sending payment data to Internet banking, an error occurs associated with the certificate
error: 0906D06C: PEM routines: PEM_read_bio: no start line
What is the error, the bank said to connect any certificate, and everything is ok. But this error pops up.

How is the certificate attached? What format? What OS? What web server?

The bank was lying. Any certificate is not good. Only the one given to you is good. Or self-signed, but no one will believe him.
