What is the error and what is its solution?

I am using Ruby 1.9.3 and Rails 3.2.18. I created a new project and when I run it I get an error related to ExecJS. ?
Please help me to resolve this issue.

install nodejs or therubyracer.

And use ruby 2.1.2 and rails 4.1.5
