What is the easiest way to make a low-pass filter for installation between a 220 socket and speakers?

Problem:
- I connect active speakers and a laptop to a power outlet;
— I stick speakers in the laptop;
- From time to time I hear a wired radio very clearly from the speakers.
Assumption:
- Network 220 is somehow connected to a wired radio.
What I have already checked:
- In the old apartment, under the same conditions, there was no radio in the speakers;
— Checked on two different active pairs of columns;
- If you disconnect the laptop from the outlet, the radio from the speakers disappears;
- If you do not connect the speakers to the laptop, but leave them connected to the outlet, and grasp the audio plug of the speakers with your fingers, you can also hear the radio.
What I want:
- Filter the radio signal from 220, because I'm tired.

You, your laptop and any other conductive object in direct contact with the input of your speakers will act as an antenna, and the front end of your amplifier as a direct conversion receiver. All this together "listens" to the nearest radio station to you. You can cure this phenomenon with the help of a sane (well-shielded) cable to your speakers wound (10-20 turns) on a ferite ring with a magnetic permeability of 1000-2000NM, if it doesn’t help, then two diodes are put on the ground from each channel, through a 1-2K resistor .
These manipulations should extinguish the phenomenon completely.

A cheap UPS should help.

Maybe knock where it should be, so that the wiring is checked on the poles. Not fast, but everyone will help.

Is there grounding? Looks like no.

Throttle put. In theory, even a good network filter will help.

@red_klaus , a similar question came up when we moved. Do not tell me, your somehow decided in the end? And in what specific way (here 2 is indicated in the solution + the option with wiring on poles)? Thank you.
