What is the easiest way to implement portioning in laravel?

I am creating a large project (it can be remotely compared with tiktok), which is planned to have a high load, i.e. millions of users who every day will load a bunch of slag, like, comment, subscribe, etc.

I want to implement portioning in the database, i.e., for example, divide users into groups depending on some parameters and accordingly create tables for their objects (video, music, likes, comments, etc.) in the database . This is an option, not decided yet.

Project in laravel. There is a lot of information on highload projects on the net, but, alas, it was not possible to find anything on the topic of portioning in laravel. Who did similar things - share, please, experience. I would greatly appreciate any information.
