What is the easiest framework for cross-platform development for ios/android?

The goal is to develop a simple 2d toy with gameplay based more on music than graphics. Compilation for ios and android is required, for flash it is highly desirable.
From the framework, I expect ease of development and speed of development.
The second most important criterion is the price.
Having studied the Internet, I found the following frameworks (below is my understanding of them based on reading Google, and you tell me where I'm wrong):
1) Monkeysdk (which is monkeycoder.co.nz). As I understand it, still quite early in its development, it can compile in many ways, and it seems to be relatively simple, but the lack of a large community is confusing.
2) Corona is probably the most popular framework which is also quite simple. Of the minuses - the high cost and the fact that the product is compiled on their server, which means that when they go somewhere, I will stay with my sources.
3) Unity is a large and powerful, complex framework. It's almost certainly not what I want, but I have a license for it won somewhere. Is it worth going with him? After all, as the experience of the PC has shown, three-dimensional graphics have a very good future ...
4) Moai - free and complex. Judging by the reviews, with such complexity (primarily due to the lack of documentation), I don’t need it even for free.
Also, as I understand it, you can write in html5, but it's too dreary.
In total, there are two finalists - the crown and the monkey. Which one should I choose? Or is the unit not as complicated as it seemed to me at first glance?

Try Gideros.
Free engine, Lua language. Enough built-in features. I would call him the little brother of the Crown. The documentation is good. Of the restrictions - a splash screen with the logo of the developers, if you have not paid for the license.

Have you considered Adobe Air? Free, runtime adds weight, but not much. The speed/memory requirements are high, but again, it depends on the project. Libraries are plentiful. We recently launched two projects - one ios / flash, the other - ios / android. The code is the same. No special pitfalls were noticed, the development speed is excellent. Native functionality through extensions. Very satisfied.

As a supporter of Monkey, I advise you to choose it. Yes, the community is small; Yes, the project is young, but the language is developing dynamically. And the community, despite the small number, is very active. During the year, about 10 different modules were created. The box2d physics engine and the flixel game framework were ported.
You can find some information about Monke on my blog. Perhaps she will help you make a choice. I'm not posting a link because I'm afraid they'll think it's advertising. You can find her on her profile.
Of these Monkeys, I can single out NME for haXe.

NME did not use, so I'm afraid to lie. I'll go from the opposite:
- Monkey is developing faster, because. is a commercial product and the developer deals with it full time, unlike NME
- Adding new platforms to Monkey is easier than to NME. Theoretically, anyone can do this.
- In Monkey, the target platforms, it seems to me, are more interesting
. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about the technical side of NME.
Of course, this is all subjective) You can always try NME and if something does not suit you, return to Monkey.

I am for Corona because I know it well.
Monkey is also interesting due to its multi-platform, wider than Moai.

Take a look at Cocos 2DX, Marmalade.

By the way, in pursuit of Air - the ability to use vector graphics. Our application works in any resolution (it seems), and the assets are the same on all platforms.
