What is the difference between the entries:
1) IF-MIB::ifDescr
2) .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2 They produce
the same thing, the entry is different. And how knowing the second record - to receive the first?

As far as I remember IF-MIB is MIB . ifDescr object in the given MIB. The second option is OID .
With the help of snmpwalk, knowing the first, you can get the second. or search on the Internet, for example here .
But I don’t remember exactly what the difference is, but I think it’s most likely in readability. Perhaps the text format is more understandable and convenient
