What is the difference between pandas and MS Excel, MS Access, SQL?
I sat around, did basic things, such as sorting values, selecting certain values, plotting graphs, so far I don’t understand the power of this tool.
Sori, I understand that this is a very stupid question, but sometimes I want to ask someone like that, unfortunately there is no mentor.

Pandas is a programming tool, given the opportunity, do what you want. MS Excel, MS Access - closed tools: use what you give. A step to the right, a step to the left - and a complete smut. Try to implement some simple method like WMW or ARIMA on EXCEL - get confused. I'm not saying if something needs to be considered online. And the tablet is simple (and not very) - of course, it's easier to keep on EXCEL. SQL - generally access to a DB and more as a matter of fact nothing.
So each vegetable is in its own salad. And for each task - its own tool.
