Information and technical support is answers to questions about the product and the unhurried fixing of bugs on tickets.
Maintenance is an instant response to requests, quick fixes for bugs and assistance with updates/backups/migrations.
More promising is what suits you:
1. Many clients and little time - IT support (small and similar projects).
2. Few clients and a lot of time - Maintenance (unique and complex projects).
