What is the difference between Hooks and Class?

I returned here to the world of React and even stopped understanding how to write.
Now we have Hooks, we have Classes
When to use Hooks when Classes?
Can they be combined?
Redux rolled out its Hooks, but is Redux really needed now if we have Hooks and Context ?
