What is the difference between different map services?
Good afternoon. Please help me to decide which is the best source of geodata. The task is to develop a highly loaded information portal with an interactive map of Moscow showing objects of a given subject. Objects to be displayed on the map are selected by site users using several filters. In the search results, objects should be displayed both as labels on the map and as a list next to them. The total number of objects in the database is about 10 thousand. Each object (each marker on the map) has its own object description page. A large number of users (up to several thousand per day) are supposed to work with the map at the same time. And I would also like the information on plotted objects to be stored in our databases, and not automatically uploaded to the card owner.
And here, in fact, the question is - which cartographic product is better to choose for such a task? What is the fundamental difference between, for example, Yandex maps and MosMap Marker? If I understand correctly, MosMap just does not get access to the applied objects, but Yandex does. Perhaps there are some other fundamental differences? The annual license fee for Yandex maps is very significant, and in MosMap Marker it is a one-time fee (not counting map updates). What's the catch? Thanks in advance for any useful info.

If there is a question about money, then you should look towards openstreetmap + leaflet, they are free. if you do it right and, for example, invest in your own tile.openstreetmap proxying, then there will be no problems at all.
