I am tormented by such a question, which Yandex could not give an answer to. Why is the price of Atmega128 on Ali Express, and in other stores, two times lower than Atmega1280? The cases are the same, the + parameters are the same, although the Atmega128 is even better in some places.

128 is 64 feet and 54 ports, 1280 is 100 feet and 86 ports. Number of timers 8 versus 12 and ADC channels 8/16.
