Hello. I'm thinking of buying a template on themeforest. What is the difference in licenses?
1. Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
2. Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users can be charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
What is the difference between them? What exactly is forbidden to me in the first option?

The difference is that you will not be able to resell/lease the theme to third parties except for one end customer. This protects themeforest from the fact that a certain company X will buy the theme once and resell it or its components to the Nth number of its customers.
