What is the difference between a free ssl certificate and a paid one?

Got a free certificate through cloudflare. Everything is cool, the green lock everything is gorgeous. I just can’t understand what is the difference between ssl from cloudflare and bought for $25, $100, $500, $1000, etc.?

The fact that in the case of issuing a certificate through cloudflare:
If you need a normal certificate:
https://letsencrypt.org/ - free, reduced validity, automated reissue
https://www.ssls.com/ - $4.99/year (PositiveSSL, paid for 3 years)
No difference between "domain validated" certificates for $5 and $100 are not - they will work exactly the same.
A more expensive certificate may be required if:

  • support for multiple domains is required;
  • I want to get a "green plate" for greater trust from customers (such a certificate is issued only after verification of documents).

well, the lock, I suppose, is not like this
https://www.tinkoff.ru/ the green bar, which
is different
from NG Chrome, will teach everyone to https, and then, as phishers get gullible, they will begin to distinguish between certificates again

CloudFlare allows you to share SSL certificates and only encrypts information that is sent between users' browsers to CloudFlare's servers. But what about encrypting the CloudFlare server to the server site, all information is moved in plain text, not encrypted.
Hackers can pose as a server by performing man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks. This means there will be more chances that hackers can easily read all of your requests.
It is advisable to use your own SSL certificate. There are many certificate providers offering free SSL certificates as shown below.
I appear to 25 different SSL certificate providers and Paid to find some providers that are cheaper than the below providers, but they receive additional costs as a setup service that the total cost may be higher. I spend several times below the vendors via chat where they are committed to free support - even installation.

  1. ssl2buy.com
  2. namecheap.com
