Postfix is an smtp server. Its task is to route mail - to forward what clients have sent to it further - to other servers, or to store mail somewhere if it is intended for this server.
Protocols for collecting mail by client applications (POP3, IMAP, etc.) are simply not implemented in it. For this, there are Dovecot, Courier, Squirrelmail, etc.
In the current configuration, it will only perform unauthenticated SMTP forwarding from the addresses listed in mynetworks and directly from the server itself.
