What is the correct way to use the nav tag in this case?

Hello.
I'm setting up an online store. It has navigation through the sections of the site (about the company, contacts, etc. - except for the catalog), and there is navigation through the sections of the catalog. Both menus are in the header on all pages.
Which of these two menus do you think should be wrapped in a nav tag? After all, catalog sections for an online store are the most important. On the other hand, this menu does not cover the rest of the site pages.
Or you can put both in nav, but wouldn't that be semantically wrong, since nav stands for the main navigation of the site?

There can be more than one nav tag per page, this is normal. so you can wrap both menus
