What is the correct way to switch between snippet arguments in VIM?

I'm using VIM config https://github.com/L0stSoul/vim-config
For snippets it uses the neosnippet
plugin How to navigate between snippet arguments?
As an example, in the app.js file I enter func and press tab (Fig. 1) after I enter test (Fig. 2, Fig. 3) I cannot go to other arguments.

I thought the switch happens on <tab> it turned out on <enter>
