What is the correct way to place OS and SQL Server on 2 disks?
We have:
2 SSD disks for 240GB
Windows Server 2016
SQL server 2016
What needs to be placed on these disks:
- OS
- paging file
- database
- transaction log
- tempdb
- executable files
Here are my thoughts:
1) OS, executable files, log , tempdb
2) swap file, db
How would you do it?
There is an option to merge into RAID1 or even 0, but in my opinion, this is not an interesting option.

Well, the option when your OS or database "dies" is much more interesting.
In essence, it all depends on:
1. SLA
2. Do you make backups
3. Well, based on paragraph 2 - RTO and RPO values
