What is the conversion error?

I received a DNF, but after minimization I got a function that did not coincide with the function minimized by Quine's method. It's obvious that the DNF is not converted correctly, but I can't find the error. The function transformation photo below explains two non-classical direct and inverse implication operations. The second photo
has a table with the precedence of operations. What's wrong? Note: ~ is an equivalence operator
