What is the console torrent client for linux?

The task is as follows: There is a network storage wd cloud with debian on board. I want to upload *.torrent files to a certain directory and have it start downloading them automatically.
Are there ready-made solutions?

I'll add utorrent to the ones suggested above .
But in general, if stability is important and a small number of torrents, it is better to use transmission, if you need more configuration flexibility with a bunch of plugins - rtorrent.

IMHO, but Transmission is the best torrent client on Linux for sure, but I also use it on Windows. Some craftsmen even make us pop)
