What is the CMS for an online store with convenient code editing?

Good day everyone!
I have already spent several days searching for a suitable cms for my requirements, re-read the forums, this section, tried a few, but did not find anything.
2 main requirements:
1) the ability to connect a robo-/interkassa
2) convenient and free editing of HTML (!)
If almost all CMS cope with the first point, then I have not yet found convenience for the second anywhere.
I do not know PHP well, and many CMS for online store take it as a basis. Most of these management systems offer editors of all sorts for those who do not know HTML, i.e. where menu items are created in them without any knowledge, blocks, colors and all that stuff is configured.
Personally, it’s more convenient for me to work with pure html, to the point that I write all the menu items not somewhere in the admin panel, as it is suggested to me everywhere, but directly in the html itself.
Let me explain a little with examples. About 8-10 years ago, I started learning how to make websites on uCoz, where you can work with HTML code very conveniently. Then I switched to the DataLife Engine, on which, knowledgeable people will understand, everything is done through the code editor. Here's something like it I would like to see, only for online stores...
Please suggest me a similar CMS.
PS The client's budget cannot be said to be large yet, so Bitrix and others like him cannot be financially supported.
Thank you.

Installed opencart.
Wonderful contraption. A lot of free, paid and shareware modules!
If someone faces the same choice, I recommend.
A few hours to figure it out and everything will be ok!

You are probably better off using some SaaS service than racking your brains for yourself and others...

If so, then NetBeans (HTML5 & PHP) is in your hands.

What is the problem? uCoz has had an online store module for a long time. Since they used it and everything is convenient there, do it on it.
