What is the cheapest 10G point-to-point solution?

Good afternoon.
Tell me what is the most budgetary solution at the moment to collect a 10 gigabit link?
There is an article on Habré , but maybe something has changed now ??
Google gives X540-T2 and Qlogic QLE3442-CU-CK, but what cables are better to buy for them? (to avoid compatibility issues)
Is there a more budget-friendly solution?
Oh yes, the task is theoretical, for future calculations:
2 virtualization servers, 1 self-assembly storage with 7805Q adapters and 8 sas disks (more than 1Gb should definitely be squeezed out).
It is required to overcome the mark of 1 Gbit in one stream.
Located side by side - cable no more than 1.5 meters
Interested in network cards with 2 ports - in order to exclude the purchase of a switch (as always, a minimum budget is required).
Thanks in advance!!!

any solution with a doubling of the ruble has become twice as expensive; you have to put up with it.
there are no alternatives for the price of a transvixial cable, you need to look at the card glasses on the market, where they can be two or three times cheaper in Russia on all sorts of Avits and other things, in extreme cases, from ebay.

Where are you 10 Gbps? Only to communicate with the storage system? If yes, then maybe try to build on the fiber channel? There old cards 4 gigabit were able. One adapter per virtualization hosts, and one per storage system.
On Avito, such adapters are sold at a low price, for example: https://www.avito.ru/moskva/tovary_dlya_kompyutera...

What about infinityband? Ebay prices are very reasonable.
