What is the best way to write brute force?

I wanted to write brute force purely for experimental purposes for self-learning, no matter for which site.
Since I am studying c / c ++, I decided to start with it and gradually came to the conclusion that this is masochism, if this is not so, correct me and push me on the right path)))
And here is the question in what language is it better to try to write brut and if you know what to do with it Better to read, too, would not refuse.
