Advise any programs for work with MySQL. I would very much like a Russian menu. Something like MS Management Studio. Is there anything like that?
I studied muscle and had a lot of problems with encodings. I have not been able to get the Cyrillic alphabet to be recorded normally and displayed in the console. Would do in MS SQL Server, but it is paid. And for the thesis, you need something free.

I don't know about Cyrillic, but mysql workbench and dbeaver are the best of their kind .
