What is the best way to use a layout designer on windows in combination with zeplin?

The sketch disappears immediately, and Figma does not export files to zeplin on windows.
Will the default Adobe-xd package suffice? I don’t want to buy Photoshop at all, I’ll have to change my account every month and reinstall it, which is very inconvenient.
If I do decide to export PSD layouts with Adobe-xd, will it be difficult to take a PSD layout created in Photoshop, import it into Adobe-xd, and then into zeplin?
Will the designer be able to import layouts in other formats into zeplin and then let me use them? Or will it be able to somehow change the layout format?
