What is the best way to upgrade a laptop to start frontend development?

Started learning web development. Since the budget does not provide for the purchase of a new laptop in the near future, I decided to slightly improve my old asus x550v. At the moment we have: core i5 4 cores 2.6 GHz, 4 GB of RAM, an old 500 GB hdd, a built-in video card + nvidia 720m 2 GB, windows 10. I am considering the following upgrade options:
1. Add 4 GB of RAM + ssd 128 GB
2. Add 8 GB of RAM
3. Add sad 256GB
4. Add now 8GB of RAM, in a year sad 128GB
The budget is now about 3-4 thousand rubles, in a year you can add 3 thousand more.
