What is the best way to read bookmarks offline?
Greetings!
Please share, what is the best way to read the added bookmarks on the phone offline (with the Internet turned off)?
I constantly add interesting materials to my bookmarks on the PC for "read later", but they are rapidly accumulating, and I still don’t find time to read them at home (the decision to open tabs directly on the phone and read is not very pleasant, because I go by metro and our sucking Internet is not as fast as we would like, it is not convenient to read ...).
Thanks in advance for your advice!

Pocket - this should be enough. You can add pages from Chrome on a PC, as well as from mobile devices. There is page formatting, as well as their original appearance.
Evernote ? there are clients for the whole axis - if you want, they even issue a special email - where you can send a link to the article.
Or use the service that @umputun wrote - www.ukeeper.com
The essence of the service is simple, send a link to what you want to read to a special email - an article comes back to you - without unnecessary things, only content. You certainly won't forget to read the email.
You can see what it will look like - www.ukeeper.com/screenshots
