1. in pdf format?
2. text version on the site
3. through the Google Docs frame

The question arose, because there is a lot of graphic design in the articles, and it will not be displayed correctly. On the other hand, I would not want to abuse pdf, it may not be indexed correctly ...

Why? You can try WYSIWYG editors. And you can also try to please everyone, post a link to download other versions (PDF, for example) along with the article on the site. Sometimes PDFs turn out better :)
And PDF files are also indexed, .pdf files come across in the results of the issue, if there is not a picture-text inside, but the text itself.

Do you have graphics that cannot be represented as SVG, JPG/PNG/GIF and tables?
The best option is to type in html+css.
