What is the best way to pick up letters from Yandex mail?

Good day. The situation is this. There is a mailbox on Yandex, which was a collector of letters from another mailbox (on mail.ru). There are no letters left on the mailbox, you need to pull them out of Yandex. I tried to make a filter for forwarding existing letters - but Yandex itself warns that such a filter will not work. You can select all letters and forward (in the web interface), but
a) they are sent as attachments, and
b) there are VERY many letters, there is an archive for several years.
If you set up an email client, ALL letters will be picked up, but I don't need this. And will the mail client see these letters? Can you advise something?
