What is the best way to parse RSS in PHP-Yii2?

You need to parse an rss feed on one site. But here's the problem - my favorite DiDom extension fails here (or I haven't figured out how to prepare it for rss yet).
What other options are there? The tape itself: pg21.ru/rss
