What is the best way to organize the file structure of a multi-page site on Jade+Stylus?

What is the best way to organize the structure of a multi-page site if I use Jade and Stylus, breaking the code into parts?
For one page, I just have a document folder, in which the page structure is written in the form of directories. Everything is collected into one .jade file and one .styl file, after which it creates index.html and main.css files.
