What is the best way to organize a private channel on Nginx push stream?

Hello! There was such a question about nginx push stream. In the settings, there are two urls on which messages are listened to and published, if the sending goes through PHP and then goes to nginx through curl, then users listen directly through js bypassing PHP, thus the question arises. How to actually solve the problem with private channels in order to prevent others from listening to this channel.
