There is an online store (about 1,200 products and 4GB of files), you need to run the site without the Internet. There are no problems on the laptop / computer - I installed the server and started it, but what about the tablet? You need to show the site to customers in remote places where there is no Internet

make a static site, if there is a server - write a generator
or make special programs from the site (Offline Explorer, teleport pro, wget, curl)
