What is the best way to make an "appointment" in Bitrix?

The task is to lay out the site according to the layout and pull it on Bitrix. Standard. The layout has such an interesting detail as an appointment with a doctor, in the form of a calendar, where you click on a day and the appointment form opens.
I know how to organize it without Bitrix, but I still want to tie it all to the engine. Is it somehow possible? Maybe somehow you can adjust the form service for this case or do it somehow through the Infoblocks?

@jenovas

You can try through the calendar component and make each entry an infoblock element, so that there are no entries for the same time, check for the presence of an infoblock element with date and time (filtering through API).
Sorry for the typos, I'm on my phone

There is a convenient ready-made solution marketplace.1c-bitrix.ru/solutions/webindustry.ent...
I myself used it in several projects, and their support works well

@4yvi

Do it with your hands, and add it through the Bitrix API so that it saves in IB
