What is the best way to include code blocks in Yii2?

Good day! I am new to Yii2 and have this little question. The page has many different parts of the code that are repeated in several templates. For example, such a thing as a menu. What do you recommend to use? Display it in widgets (widget) or blocks (beginBlock).

I usually put it in widgets. Although it is possible and so and so ... :)
