What is the best way to implement landmark recognition for a Django site?

Hello, I need to check the user's selfie for the presence of the desired attraction. For each user, the frequency of such a request is from 1 per hour to 1 per half day (i.e. rarely, never streaming). The user uploads a selfie via a Django form and moves on to the next level if the selfie has a point of interest.
I heard about Google Cloud API for this task. There are also powerful video cards (yeah, the Bitcoin rate), i.e. the option to teach the model itself is suitable if you advise sufficiently detailed guides (I haven’t taught machine learning yet). Moreover, only Kyiv sights are needed at this stage, so the base is not so huge and will have to be used.
So, does anyone else have anything other than Google for this task?
I need this all not for work, my own project of an enthusiast.
