What is the best way to flash an Android app to cut SSL Pinning?

Hello! I know about network security config, it needs to be changed.
We are talking about the Instagram application in which this file is called fb_network_security_config.xml

So, standard bypass tools do not help.
I tried to rebuild the application, it gives a lot of errors during assembly.
People do something like fashion for insta, so this is possible.

What do you recommend to do in this situation, how to bypass the non-standard protection file to study traffic.
