What is the best way to do a remote reinstallation of Linux?
The question is - the house has an openmediavault server on a single board computer. As you can see from the question, I'm not at home. I played with SSH and did something tricky, it's easier to reinstall
From what I thought:
Using dd, backup the OS to the cdd
Then download the system image to the same cdd
And then just burn the new image with the same dd.
What could I forget, and will I be able to throw the reboot command on the server after burning the new system.
Network setup is not needed, everything will be taken from the router via dhcp
Thanks in advance
