What is the best way to display information through wordpress?

Hello. I am building a website on wordpress. I apologize for the amateurish question - I just enter the cms topic.
The site has a table, and I want it to be possible to add / delete / change its rows, edit the contents of the columns from the admin panel. Does the option to create this with the help of posts and fields in posts have the right to life? That is, a table is a rubric, rows are posts, row cells are posts fields. Or if it is impractical, what is the best way to do it?

Tables can be created in a regular visual editor, if you use some plugin for custom fields such as ACF or Carbon fields , then just add a field with a visual editor for the page and make a table there

TablePress - and nothing else is needed. A table is created - a shortcode is obtained - inserted anywhere on the site.
