What is the best way to develop a base for sports programming?

I'm trying to level up in sports programming, but I ran into a problem that only the simplest tasks are solved without problems.
For tasks of at least an average level of complexity, I do not have enough knowledge about the sections of sports programming.
I know a lot of sites for training, but on them the tasks are usually either uncategorized or broken into very large categories.
Are there sites where there is a detailed description of the algorithm (Dijkstra for example) and about 5 tasks with tests specifically for this algorithm?

I recommend starting with the ability to independently find answers to the questions posed. At least on Google.
