What is the best way to create a virtual machine in Fedora 22?

Good day to all! Virtual machines have not been used for many years - there was no need.
Now at work I need to use Windows sometimes. I want to put on a virtual machine. I used to use VirtualBox, which pulled a special Xen kernel with it. Now, as I understand it, another technology is used for virtualization.
Explain, please, on your fingers, how to create virtual machines under Linux in the most efficient way. Do I need to install another kernel?

kvm - virtualization built into linux, you only need to set the variable and install the client.
Everything is detailed in the manual.

For the VirtualBox desktop (hereinafter referred to as VB), the norms. He never pulled the Xen kernel, only collected some of his drivers. Most likely your distribution's package manager can supply both VB and everything it needs.
There is also KVM virtualization built into the kernel, but this is overkill for your task. VB will be easier and faster, especially since you are already familiar with it.

VirtualBox will do the job just fine.

Thank you all, I settled on KVM through virt manager.
