What is the best way to build relationships in Django models?

There are the following entities in the database:

Services : Youtube, Vkontakte, Instagram;
Categories: Views, Likes, Followers.
Goods : 1000 Youtube views, 100 Youtube subscribers, 1000 Vkontakte subscribers
What is the best way to organize links between them?

The bottom line is this:

When you click on the Service , Categories should appear that can only apply to the selected Service , then click on the Category and Products appear that apply only to the selected Service + Categories .
It may be that two differentServices have a common Category .
